Project Overview
As a freelance designer for DZone, I supported a wide range of initiatives, including presentation decks, post-sale ads, whitepapers, webinar graphics, and broader brand refinement.

When DZone expanded its investment in webinars, I was tasked with developing a cohesive promotional graphics package to run across their website, email campaigns, social media, and NetLine placements. With specs provided upfront, I was able to design a flexible system that adapted seamlessly across multiple sizes and platforms.
Deliverables and Results
This project also became an opportunity to evolve the brand visually. With approval to modernize their existing (very corporate) guidelines, I introduced more dynamic shapes, layered depth, and brighter gradient treatments to create a more engaging and contemporary look — while still maintaining brand credibility.

By investing time upfront in building clean, modular templates, the system scaled efficiently as new webinar events and additional deliverables were added. What could have become repetitive production work instead became a streamlined process, allowing future campaigns to launch quickly and consistently.

This project reinforced the value of thoughtful template design — creating visual systems that are not only polished, but adaptable as well.
