Deliverables and Results
I designed the system in Figma and partnered with my manager to build the site in Ceros. Because many ad formats included interactive or multi-state behaviors, I created animated demos in After Effects to better communicate how each unit functioned in motion — ensuring the documentation reflected the real experience, not just static layouts.
As the scope expanded beyond custom ads to include video, newsletter, and standard display offerings, I explored multiple navigation structures to support a growing content library without overwhelming users.
Although the live Ceros site was ultimately rolled back due to broader company-wide brand and homepage changes, the need for scalable documentation remained. I adapted the framework into a streamlined internal training resource in Google Slides, ensuring teams still had centralized, accessible guidance.
This project reinforced the value of designing not just for end users, but for internal systems — creating tools that improve efficiency, clarity, and cross-team alignment.
