Responsive Ad Products

Project Details

As Purch sought to comply with LEAN and the Coalition for Better Ads, we wanted to be early adaptors of the IAB’s new ad portfolio of responsive ads. We started with redefining our homepage takeovers, replacing the standard roadblock + site skin with the IAB’s 4:1 and 6:1 aspect ratio ads.

To illustrate the functionality of these ads, we wanted to make a simple working demo to show to stakeholders, Product Designers, and Site Developers. I created these demos with an added parallax effect, using just HTML and CSS in Dreamweaver.
